Starts Jan 19th and continues on the First and Third Thursday of Every Month!

Follow Birdie's Market Executive Chef Hunter Wills on a journey in boulangerie (French for "baker") as he shows you how to make Birdie's' infamous Pullman Bread, a traditional white, the seemingly daunting Sourdough (from yeast you captured from the air!), and the oh-so-beloved Baguette! 

It's easy to make bread, you just need yeast, time, and elbow grease! Let us show you this fun and gratifying art that you can enjoy the rest of your life!
